I have recently instructed Tristrams to fully manage our 9 bed HMO. Having changed managing agent due to poor level of service previously, I have been delighted with the work Tristrams have done so far. Charlie is extremely professional and Ellie in the lettings team has done a great job of getting the property let smoothly and efficiently. Ellie has also been fantastic at keeping us updated with the progress of the property and it's letting. Would recommend!

Very happy with the service we have had from Tristrams when selling our house. Both Liam and Talia have been friendly and helpful especially when things got a bit stressful.
