Update: I've now also had the pleasure of working with Ashley, Sr Tennancy Manager, and he has been amazing. From small questions to getting a plumber to come same day, Ashley is always kind and patient. He's a rockstar. Ellie has been my lighthouse. She has been so very helpful, responsive, understanding and quick to act. The other agent I dealt with (Alex) was also wonderful but Ellie went above and beyond in the face of my extreme moving stress.

Had a great time booking with help from Luke Miles. He kept me informed at all stages giving advice from his rich knowledge in the industry to fit my budget and student requirements. Professional and good at his job. Tristams, one stop spot with good customer service. On a side note and later on after moving in. They more like a good ad agency's and the real tenancy is between the tenant and a different proprietor all together.
