We had been very badly let down by other Bracknell estate agents, in hindsight it was a big mistake on our part to go with agents offering lower fees. It was so refreshing to have Callum, Judy and Gina working on our behalf on the sale of our house in Old Tollgate Close. Always professional, they actually did what they said they would! Judy found the right buyer, Callum negotiated a good price. These guys are second to none. I found them originally when looking into buying a property and was impressed with their vetting process so decided to ask them to value my own home aswell. From there we came to partner with them on the sales of 4 new build properties in Bracknell which were marketed so well went on to sell before the build was even completed for more than the market valuation. I have recently had the pleasure of selling my house through Duncan Yeardley of Bracknell. Now, I'm no property developer or anything but this was the ninth time I have sold a house, usually because of career moves, so I have dealt with as many estate agents. All of which gives me a perspective that I believe is relevant. Without doubt, Duncan Yeardley are the best agents I've ever dealt with by a country mile. Their marketing is completely on point and REALLY effective. Our house was snapped up within a couple of days and at a price we did not believe it could achieve and which covered their fees and more.
