So glad my wife and I, as Landlords, changed from another agent. Everyone at Duncan Yeardley is great - very professional and always very helpful - particularly Liz - property management done properly. With our previous agents we were paying for management, but I ended up having to do it all myself if I wanted it done properly. Very pleased that Liz takes care of everything for us. Oh, and their fees are also much lower :-)

We recently purchased our first home together in Bracknell and Duncan Yeardley were a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for them and they always get back to you whenever they say they will. After a failed purchase through Purplebricks (no fault of theirs) we experienced how much better things progressed having an actual estate agent on this purchase and everything just seemed to run soooo much smoother. I hope they stay as they are and never sell out to one of the bigger agents as so many small independent agents seem to do these days. Our experience with DY Bracknell has been great. We were delighted with the price we achieved and the speed with which we agreed a sale. We had quite a variation in our valuations so DY did a couple of weeks of low key marketing to their list of buyers based on a relatively high price and got positive feedback so we decided to stick with it. In the week it launched on Rightmove we had a lot of viewings culminating in a fully booked open day of 10 viewings which led to 4 offers and a final accepted offer above the guide price. Callum, in particular, and his team (Anastasia, Judy, Mandy, others who did the viewings) have been very professional, considerate and helpful when answering all our questions and communication and responsiveness has been great. Their photographer Josef was also lovely and we were really pleased with his photos. We would definitely recommend them.
