I let my property via Duncan Yeardley and they have always been delightful to work with, helpful and prompt dealing with issues. A particular shout out to Michelle and Jan whom I have leant on for advice when needed and have always worked their hardest to assure that both the tenants are happy and the property is well looked after.

From the start I have been extremely impressed with the service I have received whilst leaving my property for rent in their hands. Whilst having the property managed Michelle has been amazing, totally exceeded my expectations and going above and beyond when resolving any issues that may arise. So grateful to Michelle!

Lee helped me with putting my grandparents house up for sale and made the process effortless, was very helpful and kept in constant communication which is a big plus for me as have had bad experiences before with communication. Would recommend to anybody looking to buy/sell!!!
