James was absolutely brilliant in helping us find houses to view. He was proactive in arranging viewings and even took us to see properties we hadn’t spotted on Rightmove or thought to consider — and they turned out to be great options. He’s incredibly personable, kept us up to date every step of the way, and always answered the phone when he could (or managed our expectations if he was tied up).
