They have been the most proactive at sending out property match information (the only agents to have done so despite registering with multiple). They have been knowledgeable about all properties we have seen with them and always followed up with a phone call afterwards and again if we hadn't discounted a property initially. All without being pushy. If we were to sell in the area later on, i would choose Oulsnam given recent experience.
