I thought it prudent to try and form a good relationship with some of the local agents in the area and found the team at Ellis and Co by far the most helpful and courteous. Tony and Ravi really knew the area well and were able to give me a good insight into the local market. When I finally found a property I liked, they were incredibly professional and patient in dealing with what ended up being a difficult purchase. I can not commend them enough in helping me find and buy my flat.

Overall I have had a great experience in dealing with the team in Ellis and Co. at Bounds Green. Tony, Ravi & Matthew were a pleasure to deal with in the sale of our property in the summer of 2015 and have a great understanding of the market in the area. They were always calm and kept me updated in the final exchange process at all times. They managed both mine and the buyers solicitor very well and we had a very quick and smooth exchange & completion as a direct result. We also had our property rented out for a period of time prior to sale which after a year of self management we handed over to Michael and his team at Ellis to manage the rental on our behalf.
