We've now bought two homes with Ellis. The first back in 80's and the second recently. They are as good now as they were then. No nonsense, no hard sell, friendly, and understanding of the difficulties and stress involved in the process of making such a huge life commitment. Mark and Tony helped with every step - mortgage, conveyancing and all the surveys. Definitely the best estate agent we've ever dealt with, and we've had failed experiences with all the other N11 and N10 local offices.

As a First Time Buyer trying to get what I wanted (and within the stamp Duty holiday window), I was really anxious but Mark and the team made me feel at ease throughout the process. From the first viewing, right up until the moment of completion, they were available on the end of the phone or email to offer reassurance, advice and address any challenges. They not only found me the perfect house but then got me to the finish line and now I'm a very happy homeowner. I cannot recommend enough. Mark was excellent but so were the team on the days that he was not in they answered any questions that I had. Thanks so much again!
