Professional and highly recommended
We met with several local agents in the Boston area before ultimately deciding to go with Newton Fallowell. There were many reasons why we chose them above other agents in the end, but for us one of the most important was the fact that they seemed to have a genuine interest in the property. They did their research before visiting, gave us useful information about selling our home and discussed with us a range of marketing options, including asking prices. All without any hint of pressure or a sales pitch. Ben was a lovely guy and no question was too much or too silly. Correspondence was quick, even out of hours and everyone at the branch couldn't do more for us. Even down to their photographer Dean who went above and beyond to make sure the photos of our house were spot on. We felt confident that Newton Fallowell would be the ones to sell our home- and they did! We accepted an offer a week after it went on the market. We were fortunate to receive several offers and had sensible, realistic and professional advice from the team to help us make our decision on what buyer to go with. Throughout the sales process we were kept up to date and things went through smoothly first time. We would definitely recommend Newton Fallowell and cannot speak highly enough of the service we received from them.

Very good to deal with

Very professional
I was happy with the service received as a client. Newton Fallowell were very accommodating with services and helpful as i was 200 miles away from the property i was selling. Their communications were always concise and constant. I chose them because they are an independent company and because of their competitive fee.

Very smooth transaction
From booking appointment to key handover, the whole process was smooth and clear. Clearly understood our need to expedite proceedings and were in constant contact regarding solicitor status to ensure remained on track. Friendly staff who went the extra mile to help us with our own paperwork and solicitor exchanges whilst we did not have access to a PC Highly recommended !

Purchase of house
We found the service excellent friendly and efficient always managed to arrange our Veiwings to accommodate us travelling from over a hundred miles away to view houses,would highly recommend this estate agents.

Breath of fresh air
Having used other agents before to find tenants, the Boston branch were a breath of fresh air. They are completely on top of everything. Both as landlords and our tenants have found the branch to be very efficient, responding quickly to all communications. We will definitely use them again for other properties.

Great service.

Sale of our bungalow Frithville
My husband and I would like to thank Ben Oglesbee and his excellent team on the sale of our bungalow. Nothing was to much trouble if you phoned up there was always someone on hand to help and if they did not have the answer you always got a call back with the answer. We were having great problems in finding a property in Lancashire and had many trips up there with no success, but after talking to Fay Naylor she kindly phoned round for us and got some viewings to which we found a bungalow. So many thanks to Fay and also Ben and team you do a great job if we were in the area and going to move again there is only one Estate Agency we would us Newton Fallowell many thanks Micheal & Lesley Hurst you should have ten stars..
