Very very disappointing. Either dont show up at all or over an hour late. Dont answer phones or txt messages. When negotiating a price will point out everything that is wrong with your property to push the sale through. Send you long and irrelelavant emails. Constantly get the events wrong on the journey and cause confusion. Will strongly advise not to negotiate on matters that are important and call them non negotiable when they are not, will send out pushy emails telling you you should be much further along in the procesd without checking facts. Will state that buyers or others in chain are threatening to pull out to try and be pushy even though it isnt the case. Dont want to pass along buyers phone number just to be controlling. Luckily we pushed hard and did get the number, updated each other frequently and knew and appreciated each others progress, calmed things down when utter rubbish was being spread by "professionsls" Will never use them again.
