5 star service isn't high enough. Ive bought from Northwood. They are my letting agent for 2 properties and ive just sold a property through them also. All the staff are fantastic and really helpful no matter what you ask or need from them. All the services they offer are fantastic and reasonably priced. We recently sold a house with them and Lauren was brilliant. I spoke to lauren on a tuesday to value our house. By the friday she managed to sell it for us. If that wasnt enough all through the sellling process she was giving me constant updates and even helping push the sale through as quick as possible. Fatastic member of the northwood team and a credit to the company.

I would really recommend Laura Watkins, she was very helpful and made the process so easy, made sure I found the correct shared apartment, very patient with me with answering all my questions, made sure i was ready and set for moving in, thank you for everything.

First time letting with Northwood and they have been brilliant, they helped fast track my application when I needed to love in quickly and they have been quick to respond to issues raised and are more than willing to assist with any repairs that were necessary.

The team in the Bolton branch was great always answered my questions and i had a lot with being a first time buyer! i made few appointments to view the property and was reasonably priced

we originally signed our tenancy with miller metcalfe but northwood took over once miller gave up letting and since then we have had multiple issues dealt with swiftly and they are constantly in contact sending emails to keep you updated and unlike alot of letting agents they answer the phone all the time. blessing in disguise northwood taking over :)
