The emails were always responded within couple of hours and they were keeping me updated through the phone as well. Hi all I was dealing Lauren McHenry regarding on purchase of a property.To be very honest she was brilliant all the way through from viewing the property to the completion. Yes it look as very long than we actually thought but that was the vendor who was taking her time and delaying . If look nearly 6 month but every 2 to 3 week Lauren would updates us on the vendors status. Which was brilliant so we knew what's was happening step by step until the completion. We quick replies to all the email I sent. Yes I would recommend very much on the service I was given but can't say anything on the selling side of the property. Yes I have a property to sell or may be rent so definitely in few month once I am ready I give a shot again to them Thank very much for the very long process updates to us
