The whole process was as smooth as possible, the team always responded promptly to all the queries, suggested the most efficient solutions and made everything stress free for us. I highly recommend Northwood. Although we decided in the end to sell our house, we met the rentals team as well and couldn't be happier with all the advice and services we received from both sides. I have worked with Northwood several years now in a professional capacity and have found them to be excellent. In particular, they are very diligent, organised and prompt in dealing with matters. They are also familiar with what rules must be complied with when letting and managing properties, and are very proactive in terms of anticipating potential problems and getting ahead of them before they arise. The team as a whole is commendable - particularly Angelina, Diana and Gaynor, who I have worked with on many occasions now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
