I have dealt with sales professionals from all kinds of sectors from Graff jewellery in London to basic day to day companies in my opinion Matthew is top of the league!. Matthew exceded my expectations of an estate agent he is professional , knowledgeable and thorough , Hes passionate about property. When compared to what other estate agents are like in and around Bolton / Bury he is a breath of fresh air. I only moved into the area a few years a go and its incomprehendable I know the area better than a lot of so called estate agents. Some are simply not up to scratch .No embarrassing sales techniques and he actually listens to the client. Matthew wouldn't be out of place selling property in Mayfair or New York. MM I hope he gets the recognition he deserves

Miller Metcalf wasn't so easy to engage with at the outset and getting the property details correct took some to-ing and fro-ing however, once a dedicated property manager (Amanda) took ownership of the sale, we were regularly kept informed and Amanda did an excellent job of progressing the sale and co-ordinating all the different parties involved. Miller Metcalf also provided the most accurate property valuation.

Initial contacts with MM were very encouraging so the staff changes that followed were a concern but, in particular, Jodie took over the day to day activity and she gets it in terms of client service so everything went well from then on.
