We used Miller Metcalfe for our commercial letting and they was amazing - really helpful, fast response and great aftercare - once we was in they even came and took pictures for us. The staff are all lovely and can’t do enough to help. Would definitely recommend Miller Metcalfe Bolton!!

After we had a poor experience with the Culcheth branch, we were very cautious when dealing with another Miller Metcalf property. However, Amy from the Westaughton branch was fantastic with us. She took a genuine interest in what we were looking for and went above and beyond to help us. She even flagged houses to us from other branches that she thought would be of interest, before they hit the market. After we secured a property through a different estate agents, she still wished us luck and offered to continue to help us if we needed anything. We viewed a lot of houses with a lot of different estate agents. Amy was the only one that made us feel like she had a genuine desire to help us find our next home.

Having moved house a few times over the last few years we have plenty of experience with Estate Agents. Without doubt Miller Metcalfe are the best we’ve ever dealt with. Their professionalism and enthusiasm was outstanding. There was some stressful bumps in the road during a very difficult transaction and without Aimee at the wheel I don’t think we could of got over the finishing line. A really big shout out for Aimee as she was amazing throughout and we were blessed to have her working on our behalf. Overall I couldn’t recommend Miller Metcalfe highly enough. I can’t leave out Kelly and Eloise for a positive mention as they were also extremely helpful and a joy to deal with.
