I’ve had some bad experiences in the past but I can say that the past year or so that I have rented a property with Belvoir Bolton I have never had a problem with their service - actually quite the opposite! My home is rented and completely managed by Belvoir so any issues or queries go through them and they liase with my landlord. Any time I have had any issues they have been dealt with promptly and they have put every effort into solving them. Alison and Roger in particular were very helpful with a recent issue I had and went above and beyond to ensure that the issue was dealt with. They were so polite and helpful and they ensured my emails and phone calls were answered. They really cared about the issues I had and put so much effort into resolving them. Sarah at Belvoir was also amazing in the initial stages of renting the property, she made every effort to help us and went out of her way on multiple occasions so that we could view the property around work at a time that worked for me. All in all, Belvoir Bolton is the best letting agents I’ve dealt with and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Belvoir Bolton have acted on my behalf for many years now. They take all the hassle of renting a property away from me - dealing with any work required at the property efficiently, collecting rent in a timely manner and carrying out thorough research when a new tenant is needed. All staff are polite , helpful and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
