However, it was the quality of the service also that came to the fore in the EXTREMELY short time it took for the office to find a buyer - during what we thought might be a difficult selling period! Faye Nunns was our contact and we were so lucky to have her to value our property and manage the initial sales process. She is very positive and friendly, but totally professional. I noticed the care with which she looked over our property as indeed a potential buyer would. She was very enthusiastic about our lovely home and more than that she went above and beyond answering her phone during the evenings and at the one weekend the property was up for sale before she rapidly located a buyer. Overall good experience from Manning Staintons at Morley branch, i'd use them again and don't be put off if they are a few quid more than another one in the area these guys know what they're doing and got plenty of experience.
