By far the best estate agents I've dealt with in all of my renting experiences. Melissa was my property manager throughout my tenancy and she was amazing. She was always happy to answer any queries I had and always responded promptly to maintenance issues, which were always dealt with very quickly. There was an instance with an unreliable contractor but Melissa arranged for someone else to do the job instead and everything was resolved very quickly from there. I would highly recommend renting a flat through Manning. Even after giving notice to end my tenancy, Melissa sent me a check-out form with a moving checklist that was incredibly useful, making my moving experience that much easier. I was pleasantly surprised by that. I had such a positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use Manning Stainton again if I moved back to Leeds. 😊

I cannot fault the service received by Manning Stainton during the process of my house sale, in particular I would like to thank Gemma and Rochelle as they kept me up to date at all times and were always on hand to assist with any questions or queries I had. This is my second review and I cannot thank Luke enough for the continued support on letting out our property again. He has always been available for advice and support after the previous tenants had to leave. Given quotes and now after marketing new tenants will be moving in.

We couldn’t recommend Daniella Dargenio enough as a estate agent. She has been amazing throughout our whole buying process. She always answered our questions promptly and always kept us updated with the progress of our purchase.
