Helpful and professional approach to helping us find and purchase our first home. Never felt intrusive or impatient, even when things were progressing a tad slower our end.Very amiable chap (Colin Hawes) dealing with us directly, who ensured that any questions or anything that needed explaining was done so in a timely and concise manner.

I cannot recommend Satpal and his team highly enough. Over the last 3 months, they have not only sold our house for us, but also my parents. The whole team are professional, reliable, and have been so helpful ensuring that the sales have run smoothly to exchange. We have also used this branch previously to purchase a buy to let property. Out of all of the agents that i spoke to, Satpal was the only person who took the time to find out what it was we wanted, then found us the right property to purchase. We will definitely be using this branch again in the future.

The team at Michael Anthony are super helpful when it comes to buying and selling property. I recently sold my flat with them and felt in very safe hands throughout the process. From the first meeting, I felt like I was a valued customer. It was good to meet the whole team and know that they were all invested in my sale. The photos on the website and brochures were excellent quality, with sound, honest information for the potential buyers. I had lots of viewings and was really impressed with how easy that process was. It was clear when they had found a serious buyer and I felt like I was given sound advice on how to proceed. There was good communication along the way, but nothing too pushy or insincere. It was a genuinely good experience, even though buying and selling can be quite stressful.
