We decide to go with Manning Stainton for a few reasons but the main one was for the traditional service providing a sales and onward matching service. Andrew (their branch manager) who came to see our house gave us advice with regard to what we may need. He suggested a house which turned out to be just right. His team then sold our house in 5 days (thanks Joanne Brook you were outstanding) and then negotiated our onward purchase (thanks Faye Nunn you were outstanding too. Your negotiation skills are second to none). So all in all very happy with the whole team at Manning Stainton (Morley). Thank you.

However, it was the quality of the service also that came to the fore in the EXTREMELY short time it took for the office to find a buyer - during what we thought might be a difficult selling period! Faye Nunns was our contact and we were so lucky to have her to value our property and manage the initial sales process. She is very positive and friendly, but totally professional.
