I'm using them to sell my house not overly impressed so far. Didn't do as we discussed. Also feel we could have been better advised.

I used them to sell my house in Bletchley. The communication was good which i reaĺly appreciate but my house was under estimated which i only found out after a month. Its partly my fault too but i have no idea how this housing market works which is why i paid them huge money to sell my house but they let me down by under estimating my house by 5k. When i found out this after 4 weeks i asked for explanation why it was under estimated but i never had proper response. Since it was late in the process i just wanted to complete this and not create any more fuss so i just left it. Clearly they using some tactics to under estimate some properties. Be careful when you decide to use them and you know whats your house worth is.. dont let this estate agents to decide your house price. There are many other online agency these days who can sell your house for very little money, i paid huge amount to this estate agent just to sell my house for cheap - be careful if you decide to use them.

Absolutely terrible experience as a vendor. 3 days before agreed completion it comes to light from my lawyer that the buyers have not even been financially qualified and have no mortgage offer in place. This agent has no idea how to manage a sale and in my opinion is completely incompetent. This is the second time the sale has fallen through within a couple of months. Will never use again and would definitely not recommend them.

We had an estate agent turn up with a family for a viewing that Mr Satpal Panesar had failed to notify us for. Also when we rang to book a viewing on a house we wanted to see Mr Panesar rudely asked if we were able to afford the house. They have proven to be very unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone buying or selling a house
