I am a new customer of this company and the entire experience to date has been smooth and very professional. Fingers crossed that the experience stays this way throughout the tenancy.

Well, well, well! I best have my say on this farce of a firm.....one silly lie from the head of lettings put in place a chain of events that nobody at Symonds and Sampson could ever have imagined possible. Do not trust the lettings department in any way, shape or form, the head of department thought she was being clever by lying. She is far from clever. The evidence I exposed and unprofessionalism in this firm can be seen on my attached pictures. The more they tried to silence me the louder I shouted. Good old Woody and Careless jumped into help the incompetent lettings Partner and both got tied up in knots and endless streams of paperwork that I thoroughly enjoyed tangling them up in. Go fishing for them both, once they bite it is great fun seeing them wriggle! Endless emails, complaints galore exposing their flaws. GDPR breaches, personal gossip about extramarital office affairs, the professional partner in Sturs own son exposed for a degrading attitude towards females, unprofessional comments about other staff members and tenants. Leading to a payout of £250 for calling my tenant FAT(donated their dirty money to charity)...this coming from the head of lettings! Staff can get away with adult behaviour in the office and rental properties....the result of a complaint it wasn't enough for dismissal. Crack on with a bunk up guys you won't get sacked! Panic amongst Partners spread like wildfire, they couldn't deal with the complaints coming thick and fast, they tried to keep it quiet....but forgot the power of the subject access request. The talk of lawyers was useless, they knew it was all true and I had all the evidence, just another hush up, sweep under the carpet tatic to stop all the partners realising the embarrasing mess their firm was involved in! Read the documents that were to be destroyed once read.....it is all now public. As is the punishment from the redress scheme, the punishment from Propertymark for GDPR breaches, the apology for unprofessional language abusing myself, the panic emails to the ICO for persistent data breaches. I encourage all staff and potential customers to read the attached photos to see the REAL Symonds and Sampson you are dealing with and working for. A million miles from the image portrayed. Oh, and the recent recordings of the phone call of the Partner of the Tiverton branch taking CASH from a 16 year old for a purchase at auction....this does not make good listening for the firm, totally against your rules which he fully admits. One mention of my name and he couldn't return the money quick enough.
It isn't surprising that the sales team can not find any applicants to join the Blandford office. Job adverts rolling on, senior lettings staff moved in to keep an eye and babysit the head of lettings and her team. This after herself and her staff had a string of serious unprofessional issues being exposed. Investigations and punishments by governing bodies and the on going investigation by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. The lastest unprofessional behaviour to be discovered is the video of the lettings manager intoxicated in the office, this coming on the back of her being on dating apps while at work. Can this branch get any lower!
