This is the second time using Martin & Co. They have once again been brilliant about my move and have really gone that extra mile for me. I have to once again thank Mohamed who originally got the ball rolling, he handled my first move too and I could not give him enough praise. I'd also like to thank Usman who has handled my move this time, he's a very cool guy and very approachable, and has handled my move flawlessly. All in all I would highly Recommend Martin & Co for their professionalism and their eagerness to help people in any situation find the right property for them and I would not even consider any other estate agents after my very positive experiences with this great bunch of people. We are just about to collect keys for our rental property in the area. Although this may sound like a simple transaction, we have managed to get to this point whilst still living in Spain. After almost 20 years here, it's time to return to UK, and it was quite difficult to find a rental property to move to, and to go through the entire referencing process with a company that understood our case was not 'usual', and really went out of their way to assist us. Laura gasson has been helpful, efficient and professional throughout, always replying swiftly to my emails, with a reassuring and uncomplicated manner. She, and Martin and Co have made what was becoming quite a stressful yet vitaly important procedure, into a simple, pleasant process. Excellent service from Mohammed and Caroline at Martin&Co Fylde Coast in turning my property round so quickly and finding a new tenant, especially bearing in mind the restrictions in place over the past couple of months.

When i needed to move home I got in touch with martin & co fylde coast. The man who helped me was called Mohammed Ahmed, and he helped me every step of the way. everything including refences, the application and even moving in to the property was done quickly. Mohammed was extremely kind and supportive through the whole application and helped me find a perfect home. He is a great professional and his kindness is perfect for customer service. I dont usually enjoy moving as it can get stressful but Mohammed made the move simple and stress free. I would recommened that if your looking for somebody to find you a home, hes the one to contact.

My oven broke down and I reported the matter to Martin & Co on Thursday morning. The communication I had with Martin & Co was amazing, and they could not do enough to help. 24 hours later and we now have a brand new built-in oven, despite the Covid lock-down and despite it being Easter Bank Holiday weekend. As a company I can not fault Martin & Co enough, I went for a commercial letting and it was all completed in lightning fast time. All the staff are incredibly friendly and nothing is too much trouble, they worked hard with the landlord to ensure a deal was set in place that suited us both. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a swift good service.

My situation was a little dire, I'd never rented a property before and I needed one asap. After months and months of searching I happened to apply for a property from Martin & co. 2 days later the details had been sorted and here I am a week later living in my new flat! Mohammed was just so incredibly helpful in sorting everything out and I could not thank him enough for what he's done for me, such a nice man and such a brilliant company.
