absolutely recommend martin and co they have been very helpful throughout my application. very impressed with service and property condition. i intend to stay with them myself and would recommend anybody who wants to private rent to go through these guys.

I have been a tenant of Martin and Co for almost two years and I have never had any issues. Hamza has a great team. By far the best letting agency I have ever dealt with. A special thanks to Debbie who has always been helpful. To sum up; Excellent communication, keep their word, efficient service and very professional. Highly recommended. Had a lovely welcome from Naomi L and she was fantastic all the way through our move, she could not do enough for us every time we rang she was very professional and answered all our questions. Sam who showed us the property was fabulous and very professional, the property she found was perfect and ticked all the boxes we requested we really could not have asked for more. Linda Wilson at Martin and Co has been absolutely amazing! Cannot thank her enough for all she has done following the sale to appropriately chase the buyers solicitors and keep us informed so that things meet our non-negotiable timescales. She is one of those fantastic people who always returns calls, who always does what she says she will without having to be chased, is proactive and has made sure that everything goes much better than it would have done otherwise! well what can i say, first i thought was pricey to move with fees, but it was money well spent as theyve handled everything so swiftly, i was on a lung transplant list as iv got alpha 1 triplpine defficency which means my lungs are operating the same as an 80 yr old, but i had the unfortunate news i have to come off list as my hearts only working at 35% so i have to just deal with life as it comes, martin and co have made it easier and more comfortable by getting me a new fire and walk in bathroom, which helps a lot when on oxygen, just like to say a big thanks and have a great easter.... best wishes paul 72 sevenoaks
