Great Support from Hayley and team , on reasonably large scale project. The support enabled good understanding of the local councils requirements , enabling us to be able to get the property in position that meets both requirements of tenants and council. I look forward to long future with Martin and Co in particular working with Hayley on other projects in area. Her advice has proved valuable in enabling all this. While also offering honest opinion.

Lovely staff and very helpful throughout
I lived in the property for 2 years and the service of the team are wonderful and always helpful. Prompt responses and always happy to help. Special thanks to Stephanie and Caitlin in Lytham St.Anne’s branch. I had used other agents and had bad experiences but Martin & Co has been wonderful from day one to the last day. Amazing letting agent
Haley has always been a very polite and professional estate agent and has also been very helpful in helping us find both properties we have been renting. We can always get in touch with Haley, and even if she is busy at the time we know she will respond as soon as possible. This is because she is very reliable and we like that in an agent :) Im not the best at words but Haley has always taken care of any issues we may have had and supported us in both moves.
