I am most impressed at how quickly new tenants were found for my property. It would appear that all the checks were done quickly and thoroughly and communicated to me. Only one slight complaint - I wish Megan had informed me when she was coming to take photos of the property as on both occasions - once when the tenants were moving their belongings out and another when I was in the middle of cleaning - it wasn't the best time and had I known I could have been more prepared. However, at the end of the day it didn't seem to affect the letting procedure. On the whole I was very impressed with Megan's professionalism and any queries and concerns were addressed promptly. Overall I am happy with the service provided by Martin's.PositiveProfessionalism
