I would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

If you are looking for someone to manage your property,then give this shower a miss. They looked after my property for almost 10 years and during that time they only made one inspection. They never accept any responsibility for any issues or concerns, they never reply to any messages ,or communicate whatsoever, they certainly do not take their responsibilities seriously. All that they are interested in is taking their monthly fee which by the way is more than some other agents. In total they are a complete and utter waste of time and space. Avoid at all costs. If I could have left them a no star report I would have.This obviously is my own opinion on the terrible lack of service that they provide.Look elsewhere.
