Matt and his Team were excellent in supporting us. Breckon & Breckon managed the sale of our house, the team were fast and reponsive throughout the process. The photos and brochure produced were excellent and definitely contributed to a high level of interest and fast sale. I put my house on the market with Hilbery Chaplin and dealt with a lovely lady called Kellie Hallier. I was very anxious as was selling solo but she was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. She has been with me during the whole process, checking I’m ok without my prompting and talking me through various documents. I dont know how I would have done it without her.
