Kaitlin at Mortimers was invaluable when we were selling our late father's home. She helped us through the process, and kept things moving by contacting the buyer, their solicitor and ours when things seemed to have stalled. We needed to chase up our solicitors often, and Kaitlin's backup by making sure the buyer side and ours were communicating was a great help. The photos and details are one part of selling but keeping the process moving all the way to completion was an equally important part of what Mortimers did for us.

I have been a client of Mortimers for a long time and have always been happy with the level of service I have received . Sarah and George from the Blackburn office have dealt with the recent re-let and changeover of tenancy and and were excellent. Both showed great professionalism, kept me up to date and had a very nice manner in how they conducted themselves. George was in charge of the inventory and co-ordinating the necessary refurbishments and nothing seemed too much trouble which made the whole process a lot easier. Altogether a very personable, professional service and a pleasure to deal with.

I can't thank Veda at Mortimer's Blackburn enough for what she has done for me. Although the purchase of the property did not work out it was I no way down to the Estate agents and indeed Veda went above and beyond to get the sale through. Sadly the vendor would not complete and put the house back on the market. My girlfriend and I reflect over the weekend and decided to buy a house together once she sells her house. Then surprisingly the vendor came back to accept my offer but our plans changed . We will be contacting Mortimer's to help us look for another house a better one and more suitable to our needs . What a difference a week makes .
