I’m a landlord and have been with CJ Hole for approx 18 months now. They’re my third agency and I changed to them after 'suffering' for several years with two other local agencies. I decided to pay the small % increase in fees in the hope that I might see a more professional approach and that I could trust them in all key aspects of property management. The bottom line is that they’ve been great and I wish I’d gone with them right from the very start. Over the last year I’ve had some technically complex issues that had to be sorted (contract and boundary issues), a substantial insurance claims to deal with and some major building works to be managed – and CJ Hole have been superb throughout it all. I’d recommend them unequivocally – especially Kat Hanley who’s been my major point of contact.

CJ Hole have been successfully letting my elderly mother's house in Henleaze Bristol for over 2 years now. I live abroad and my mother is in care home, so we needed an agent we can totally rely on to look after both our interests and that of the tenants. They have done this very satisfactorily, with good communication skills and a sound knowledge of house rental procedures. They have found 2 good suitable tenants so far, and handle all the paperwork required and carry out regular inspections. On the few occasions when it has been necessary to send tradespeople to the property, it has been done quickly and competently at fair prices. I can highly recommend CJ Hole as letting agents if you want piece of mind and a professional service.

Another great experience from CJ Hole, Bishopston. We had to move flats on short notice, Philippa and Sharon were both excellent in helping us find a flat that met our hefty criteria list and within our budget. Very friendly service, very helpful and knowledgeable and made the whole process so simple. Izzy was always on hand to help with the final contract details and Sam as always a friendly face in the store. Getting our deposit back from the previous flat (also rented through CJ Hole) was quick and easy too. Thanks a million guys - we'd be slumming it in a tent if it wasn't for you!! I've recently moved into a flat let by CJ Hole, Bishopston, and was very impressed with their services. All the reps who dealt with my let - primarily Eerena, Joe and Philippa, though others too - were very responsive, professional and friendly. The only suggestion I could make is that CJ Hole keeps the vetting service in-house, as the third party vetting service didn't match up to the quality of CJ Hole. I've had some poor experiences in the past with other letting agents, but I can heartily recommend the services of CJ Hole, Bishopston. Thank you!
