Despite everyone else (solicitor/vendor) in our chain making the move delayed and stressful, CJ Hole were excellent at trying to push things along for us. Morgan initially showed us the property and was excellent at communicating with the vendor and securing the offer. Andy took over the sale and (despite covid-19 pressures) worked tirelessly to get us into the property on time (before our contract on our rented flat ended). Andy was excellent at communicating with us and nothing was too big an ask. Without CJ Hole we would probably still be waiting to move in! Would definitely recommend for sales and buying.

This is the second time we have bought a home with CJ Hole and it has been a pleasure both times. Having Rowena allocated to us throughout the entire process helped us to stay informed and gave us peace of mind that we were moving along as quickly as possible.
