The sale of my flat ran into a lot of paperwork issues from the solicitors on both sides and it is fair to say that without Karly, the process would have taken twice as long as it did. I am very very grateful for her expertise on certain topics and also for the words of encouragement she gave me whilst it was tough going.

We sold our property through CJ Hole Bishopston and Andy and the Team were great from Emily during the initial sale process to Karly and Andy when progressing the sale. They regularly updated us with progress; helped with any queries we may have and were very supportive during a very anxious time as we were moving home after being in our property for over 25 years. They were always professional; extremely efficient but always friendly. When phoning the office if the person we needed to speak to was not available the person taking the call would always do their best to assist but if they couldnt the message got passed on very quickly.
