Despite everyone else (solicitor/vendor) in our chain making the move delayed and stressful, CJ Hole were excellent at trying to push things along for us. Morgan initially showed us the property and was excellent at communicating with the vendor and securing the offer. Andy took over the sale and (despite covid-19 pressures) worked tirelessly to get us into the property on time (before our contract on our rented flat ended).
