Having now moved in to a new property I can reflect on my experiences with CJ Hole. Very good, detailed listings and a rush free, Covid safe viewing with Michael. Application, referencing and contract process very smooth, prompt, with fantastic, friendly and efficient communication from Magda and Sara which really helped my confidence in the arrangements being made. The only niggle (which is not the fault of CJ Hole) is that Homelet, the partner referencing agency are a little ott on frequency of emails, calls and texts to try and sell their add on services (such as home insurance, internet), after the main referencing is signed off. Key collection and rent checks were also promptly arranged and Covid safe. I would happily recommend CJ Hole as a trustworthy letting agent based on my experiences.
