I was in a rush to get a rental property sorted for myself and my Partner before Christmas Holidays 2022. Upon finding an ideal place with CJHole I was able to get a viewing sorted the day of enquiry and ultimately signing the tenancy contract the Friday of the same week, I would certainly recommend them. I'd like to thank Sophie G for getting me into the property viewing so quickly, Colin D for promptly communicating my offer to the landlord and big thank you to Magda L for her friendly professionalism handling the millions of questions I asked on calls throughout that week. You all helped me secure the letting so quickly to able to enjoy a stress free (relatively!) Christmas, so thank you all very much. I still haven't moved in to the property that they have helped me acquire, and I have only seen the advertised pictures/video of the flat from them (I am hoping things are as well with the place and they seem to be in the ad), but everyone on their team has been so very helpful in accommodating the process to my circumstances. Special shout out to Magdalena who had been extremely prompt with all communications and was on-spot with all follow-ups. She truly has been an angel for me trying to coordinate between the agency's departments to get everything done as swiftly and seamlessly as possible. I have been sending out heartfelt best wishes her way ever since. Collin was also such a dear to take time to give me a live virtual viewing of the apartment to help put my mind at ease.
