I am writing this review to praise Charlotte for her kind and caring attitude in addition to her professionalism. Although finding a flat to rent in Bristol is not a pleasant experience in general, her approach has been very helpful to improve the experience. I have also had a brief encounter with a couple of her colleagues at CJ hole Bishopston and they have all been nice and helpful.

I found all the staff at CJ Hole Bishopston to be friendly, polite and helpful. In a somewhat frustrating purchase (due to legal reasons, nothing to do with the agent!), they were always responsive and efficient, dealing with the issues promptly and with real professionalism. From the moment I made the initial offer they acted with complete integrity. Special commendation should go to Joe for his steadfast patience, courtesy, tact and professional demeanour in dealing with the whole settlement process. Based on my experience, if I were to sell the property (god forbid!!) I would definitely use this agency to act for me - and that's about the highest recommendation one can give. Thanks.

CJ Hole provided a great service in helping us find a home to rent. Their staff have a good flexibility in arranging viewings, great knowledge base about the local area and amenities as well as helping to identify properties suited to our taste and budget. We were really happy with the very personable service we received, and the warm, friendly rapport their team so readily develop with clients.

I haven't been living in my new accommodation for that long but Emily (baker) has made me feel really comfortable moving in as well as being able to ask for any help with anything! Really lovely, 5 stars :)

2014 Had the pleasure of dealing with CJ Hole's Bishopston Lettings, specifically Sharon. My experience of service received from (London-based) Lettings Agents historically has ranged from very poor to not bad, but the service received so far from CJ Hole has been nothing short of excellent. Sharon's knowledge of the prevailing legislation relating to Lettings is comprehensive and impressive, and she clearly understands that the role of a good Lettings Agent involves actively marketing the property to prospective tenants, as opposed to playing the role of glorified key-holder. I fully expect to CJ Hole to let my property, and look forward to a long-term business relationship. 2015 - Received excellent service from Amy with regards to the purchase of a house. Both party's conveyancers involved in the buying/selling process were inept, and Amy's assistance ensured that the purchase of the property remained on track.
