My husband and I have recently rented a property through CJ Hole. Our Lettings Agents were Dagmara Zielinska and Eerena Stones. The whole experience was smooth and seamless throughout, from viewing properties, to negotiating and securing our final choice of home and sorting the particulars. Dagmara was really friendly, polite and courteous and secured our property of choice quickly and efficiently, keeping us updated at all times. Of note she was very flexible with viewing times, especially when they had to be arranged around our busy work schedules! Eerena has been an absolute star when sorting out the management of our property, particularly when we have had any issues with our heating/hot water etc. She has gone above and beyond to get things sorted speedily for us and is always a delight to deal with. Laura Harris and her follow-up team including Emma Bisley did a wonderful job advising us on getting our buy-to-let property setup and finding a great tenant for us. Laura was especially helpful providing evidence to prove the market rental value to our mortgage lender. CJHole proved to offer a far better service than the previous letting agents that we have dealt with (starting with 'O') and we definitely recommend them to any landlords and tenants looking for good service and value for money.

Moving house can be a stressful time for most people and for us it has made all the difference to be dealing with someone who has been as helpful, friendly and efficient as our lettings negotiator Frankie has been. She has been always ready to answer any questions or concerns we have had and made the entire process run smoothly. I have found in the past that some estate agents can occasionally be a bit unfriendly or patronising but this was not the case at all for us this time. I recently sold my flat and bought a house through Andy Musker and his team at CJ Hole Bishopston. The whole process went really smoothly and even when there were (unforeseen) delays I was kept up to date and informed every step of the way. Joseph Demmery did a fantastic job of progressing the sale and was really helpful, guiding me through what can be a bewildering process. Great job and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
