To date I have rarely left reviews however I feel that C J Hole deserve much appreciation and praise for the outstanding work they have consistently carried out for me over the last four years. From the purchase of my property to the team involved with contracts, accounts and letting, everything is superbly coordinated and managed. In regard to the letting of my property in Bristol, Rafal Lunitz has been exceptionally professional and gone above and beyond in saving me from having to worry about any month to month issues that may occur. Thankfully Rafal has been proactive in his approach of avoiding issues by keeping on top of maintenance and having excellent communication with all parties including tenants, contractors, utility companies and neighbours. He has my full confidence and I'm grateful for his dedication which keeps the letting experience pleasant for all parties involved.
