Having instructed CJ Hole to manage my property portfolio which consists of student and professional tenants ( mainly students ) almost one year ago I am so pleased with the service they have provided I felt I should post a review this will be the first review I have posted in my entire life Having previously owned an Estate Agency & Property Management Company I am obviously fully aware of the service I expect from a Managing Agent and I am happy to say C J Hole have exceeded my expectations My first point of contact was Gareth Murphy Senior Lettings Valuer Gareth immediately impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of current market conditions all properties were let quickly and efficiently with me being kept informed every step of the way My designated Property Manager Shiz has proved to be extremely efficient diligent and competent when dealing with day to day maintenance problems etc which invariably arise I have no hesitation in recommending C J Hole to any other Landlords

Me and my partner just rented our very first flat with this company. Ellie at Cj hole was amazing! Even when we had complications to our application She help massively and we still got the flat! 5 stars to Ellie!!! Thank you for all your help.

I sold my flat with CJ Hole and I was very impressed. Thank you to Andy and Emma who did a great job. They kept me updated throughout and were always pressing to move things forwards. (Also thank you for returning my phone when I left it in your office on a saturday by mistake!)

We had a long journey buying our property, first time fell through at the last minute, second try had a long chain. C J Hole supported us all the way through, always available, fair, hardworking and went above and beyond their remit.. i really can't find any negatives... strongly recommend.. Bought my flat, through CJ Hole Bishopston. Was a difficult and painful process, however made all the easier by Emma Walker of CJ Hole. Easy to contact and she helped talk me down from the ledge quite a few times! Will definitely consider CJ Hole when the time comes to sell. Thanks Emma yet again for all your hard work!
