As a buyer, Ed Thornton was the main point of contact at CJ Hole, Bishopston and I found him to be a breath of fresh air in the world of estate agents! He knew his stuff about the property in which I was interested, and if he didn't he said so straight away and then promptly went and found me the answers I needed. I really valued that honest, straightforward communication and it just felt like I was dealing with a real person, rather than a salesperson with an agenda.
