We are currently in the process of buying a property through JW Wood after our previous property fell through. I only wish we had seen that one through them as I am sure things would have been different. They have been professional, friendly and very helpful from day one. Initially Elizabeth dealt with our offer and Jill is our contact in the after sales team. They have both been so proactive and helpful, keeping us informed at every step and chasing quickly where necessary. At such a stressful time, especially as we are moving from one end of the country to the other, they are making the whole process smoother and easier. We bought our forever home through JW Wood. The team at JW Wood were so accommodating and Sue took us for our first viewing the very same day we called!! Gill supported us through the after sales process and was there every step of the way. We had weekly updates even if there was nothing to communicate at the time, we always felt well informed. We had quite a few bumps along the way as we were also selling our own property, but Gill had such empathy and understanding, she did everything she could to support us through the highs and lows that buying a property throws at you and it felt very calming to have Gill walking this journey with us. Although we are now so glad we are all moved in we will miss our weekly calls!!
