We had issues with air vents, boilers, electric circuits, windows... always fixed in a professional and quick manner. We needed a reference letter when we moved out and they provided it to us in no time. We did not manage to honour our end of tenancy agreement in its fullest so we expected our deposit to be partly withhold, what they kept was what was fair. Given the experiences I had before with other letting agencies, I must say their service is way above the standard. Could not recommend them enough.
