Great experience with Martin and Co from when I first did the viewing all the way until returning the keys and dealing with returning my deposit. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and responsive. I have been renting in the area for a couple of years now, and without doubt, Martin and Co have been the best agency I have dealt with. A pleasure to deal with. Have used other rental agents before and decided to try these. The flat rented far quicker and that brings income in far quicker. Its worth spending a little more than some agents offer, to successfully get an earlier paying tennant in. You can tell how proactive they are by how busy all their staff are.
