Couldn't of asked for a better agency

I had rented a property from this agency last year until I had to move out of the country. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The 1 or 2 issues I had with my property during my tenancy were well communicated and assorted quickly unlike my last landlord who didn't care of any problems at all. Was also relieved to have my full deposit upon leaving the property. If I ever come to the UK again, this will be my go to agency.

Disgusting,dangerous

I wouldn't advise anyone to rent from this agency ( Mohammed) because he is exceedingly rude. The property is dilapidated and dangerous. There was various problems throughout the tenancy such as the upstairs sewage pipe was pouring into the garden, due to this I was unable to ventilate the property as it was pouring and the landlord done absolutely nothing about it for several months. I was ignored and had the calls disconnected whilst I was making my complaint to him. I had no toilet for 7 days as it was not flusing I was told to use a jug for the time being baring in mind there was small children in the property. I was without full heating for months as the 15 year old boiler ( told to me by his own repairman) had the pilot light blowing out everyday. Again I was ignored and spoke to through text if I was lucky. Bathroom sink leaking bathroom floor wet for over a week. Yellow liquid coming from behind the toilet and I was told it's just a rubber that needs replacing. Whilst trying to have these problems repaired I was told I had an attitude problem and told to leave and told the following quote ' you are welcome to leave,this place is jinx for you'. Rather then accepting the property was incomplete Disrepair I was told to leave. K B Roman quote themselves by the following:- 'Be safe, not sorry. Come to a local agent which will give you a sense of security as you will know where we are and where your deposit is. Not just a landlords name and a mobile number' I wasn't safe and I am certainly sorry I lived there. And you DO just get a landlords name and number and NOTHING ELSEalong with completely appalling customer service.
