I moved out of a Belvoir property years ago and had to contact them about a reference for an OpenRent application. Despite it being a while ago and undergoing a change in management, Vikram was very helpful and accommodating (as were the others I spoke to while trying to figure this all out).

I highly recommend this agency because it's very welcoming, and I felt very well looked after by Ayman, who tried to help me since my language isn't English. I highly recommend it.

In search of Jewellery Quarter living I engaged with Belvoir in 2012. My needs were listened to by an attentive and focused team headed by Major Mahil who has now moved on to pastures new. I found an ideal apartment after just three viewings and am am extremely happy to say I am still in the same apartment nearly thirteen years later. Throughout my tenancy my concerns, enquiries and suggestions have all been taken on board and handled in a professional manner. It is good to see the return of one of the original staff members, Sinead, returning to take control of the branch and continue the great work that Belvoir do. For me it's the personal approach and attention to detail which continues to place them at the forefront of their industry. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir to meet your housing needs and aspirations.
