I made an enquiry with Dylan at Belvoir regarding our electricity meter reading as we were struggling to read it ourselves. He contacted the building maintenance manager and we had the reading within a week. Dylan was professional and efficient throughout and I must say it was very refreshing to deal with someone who was so helpful.

The viewing was quick but detailed and hassle free. They Infact helped in suggestions on what they will replace before moving in and we're very friendly and informative with all the queries I had regarding the property. Definitely give them a call if you want a good agent for house viewings.

Had a really great experience from belvoir central Birmingham I’m a landlord had 2x properties which where empty for a while, not getting much joy from my previous letting agent so decided to go with Belvoir through a recommendation, spoke to Major and he was professional and kept me in the loop all the way through providing me advice on rental potential and let out both properties within 2 weeks, had no issues with the process. Don't really have anything bad to say about these guys, I was shown round a property by Reiss, who was on time, knew the flat well to show me round and was very professional. After a couple of communication errors leading up to move in, these guys really turned things round and actually got me moved in a day early, on this week with a bank holiday weekend. Thanks to Jonathan and Major on that one, me and my partner are very happy with the flat, and in the end they really impressed us by getting the flat cleaned and ready at very short notice. I lived at a Belvoir property for a year and they were great. Ndey spotted that I had overpaid my rent and notified me immediately which I was very grateful for. Johnathan has also been super helpful and even went to the property management company which managed our apartment on our behalf when we had issues.
