It was such a pleasure to have met the lovely India and to have spoken with her wonderful colleagues. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness and understanding meant more to me than they know. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

It was a very enjoyable experience working with the team at Thomas Morris. I want to specially thank India, who has been very approachable, knowledgeable and friendly when dealing with my house enquiry. The whole process was clearly explained to me and I felt I was able to ask all questions. Highly recommend.

We have recently purchased our first home from Thomas Morris and cannot recommend them highly enough. We viewed a house that we liked but couldn't could put a high enough offer down and then when a similar house came back to the market, Thomas Morris remembered us and advised that we come and view it. It was the perfect house for us and we would never have gotten it without their assistance. Throughout the buying process they gave us frequent updates, always answered our questions promptly and always treated us feel like real people, and not just a sale to be made. Special shout out to India who was our main contact and was always lovely and helpful :-)

We relocated over 100miles to be closer to family and found our dream house through Thomas Morris. Sadly our first chain collapsed due to our buyers buyer pulling out. Then the second chain we got was very long and complicated. Daniel Peacock was our contact at Thomas Morris and he was amazing; so personable, so professional, really helpful with ALL the issues that arose further down the chain and we really appreciated his honesty throughout the process. He worked tirelessly to progress things even though his client was top of the chain and was ready; it was the bottom links in the chain which had all the delays but he worked with the other agents to ensure they were progressing things and making sure they knew the steps necessary to move their links again. All the staff we dealt with at Thomas Morris were wonderful and we have already recommended several friends to them and would highly recommend them to anyone reading this. We will be using them in the future when we eventually come to move again (in many years mind you!)

This is the second time I've used TM Biggleswade and they really are fab. I bought and sold my first house through them and am now selling again with them. The whole team are great, Evan, in particular has been a complete saviour throughout this process and has displayed immense efficiency and professionalism, making the stressful times slot less stressful! India, Ryan, Jenny & Daniel have also been a great support. It's invaluable that when you phone up every single teammember knows about your case. I toyed with using a online estate agent but just knew I wouldn't get this level of service and when you're doing one of the most stressful things in life-you need good service! Well done TM keep doing what you're doing & thank you to Evan.

There after we dealt with Ryan who managed every thing with the purchase . With regular updates from begining to end we were very impressed with all the effort and hardwork he put in. Would highly recommend, even though they were not selling my property, they alerted me to any properties that were suitable and even when properties didn’t come up, they regularly contacted me to see if I had found a property or if my circumstances had changed. India, in particular, was extremely professional but with a very friendly approach, made a change from some agents who think the only way is hard sell!
