I am glad I picked this agency to buy my first house. The Great Sankey branch staff are very nice and helpful and always replied promptly to your requests and questions. They made the buying experience less stressful. We dealt with Katy and we can only say good things from her. Recommend. The only reason I give 4 stars is because parking can be hard sometimes.

Branch manager Mike refused to sell us the house at the price we wanted. On the same day, we visited Lloyds estate agency and they had no problem with the price we asked for the house. After 3 days we sold our house for a price that Mr Mike from Ashton didn't want to accept. If someone has been in the industry for more than 16 years, it does not mean that he is right. Mike should deal with people with more humility. I am writing only my experience.

Pathetic experience with Ashtons. They are least bothered peoples emotions who come with full of hopes and expectations. I was there 2 min late and they only give you 5 min to view the property, the lady literally asked me to go out because she has to go else where? This is just awful and when called Ashton to complain, of course Mike would support his colleague and tell me she has another appointment to go. I wish I could give zero ratings on this one.
