The whole experience from start to finish was professional, friendly and easy. We met Ellie first and she showed us around and started the ball rolling...! She was lovely. I then spoke to Ellis, he started the credit process and kept me updated via phone, email and WhatsApp. Danielle was the one who chased the credit check and final papers and let me know that it had all gone through. She was also lovely. All 3 have been a pleasure to speak to and work with. They are all very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I also spoke to Stuart. He was very polite and nice.
